At this stage, most water birds are nesting and breeding, and most birds can generally be observed.

Cambodia is a biodiversity hotspot with more than 600 species, including 7 critically endangered, 14 threatened, 2 endemic, 2 potentially splintering species... amazing diversity Sexual bird habitats, including dry deciduous forests, Tonle Sap wetland forests, evergreen semi-evergreen freshwater flooded forests, grasslands, wetlands, river banks, coastal mangroves, coastal beaches, etc.  


Seven species of waterbirds of world significance live in these habitats: Spotbilled Pelican, Milky Stork, Painted Stork, Lesser Adjutant, Greater Adjutant, Great bald, Black headed Ibis ,Oriental Darter Snake Pelican (Black-bellied Snake Pelican)....


The main population of Grey-headedFish Eagles with global interest, Sarus Crane Red-necked Crane, Black-necked Stork, Greater Spotted Eagle Chestnut-Headed Partridge Chestnut-headed Partridge, Great Hornbill Great Hornbill, Wreathed Hornbill, Blue Pitta, Mountain Hawk Eagle, Green-eared Barbet, Green-eared Toucan Moustached Barbet Bearded Toucan, Long-tailed Broadbill, Spot-bellied Eagle-owl, Buff-bellied Flowerpecker Mammals: Mammals Pileated Gibbon Folded Gibbon, Pig-tailed Macaque, Pig-tailed Macaque Yellow-throated Martin Yellow-throated Martin.....
